Unfortunately, the only customisations we are able to take from you are the designs that you will be choosing from our range of fabric!
As we acquire fabrics from various sources, we are unable to ensure if we will be able to bring back designs once they are sold out. This makes your masks all the more limited edition. 😉
Nevertheless, we will take all your feedback into account and do our best in re-acquiring popular designs. Keep checking back on our page to view stock statuses! 😁
No, our masks are not medically proven to prevent viral strains. The purpose of using our masks is to free up surgical masks for our frontline healthcare workers.
Remember to wash your reusable mask frequently and sanitise your hands regularly! 😃
You may if you wish to! Our masks have an opening to enable additional filter insertion. However, this is optional as our masks are already made up of 3 fabric layers.
Spray tests have also been performed on our masks with alcohol, and no visible water particles have passed through. 😃
For the first wash (and washes thereafter), take extra precaution in preventing potential colour bleeding.
Some steps which you may consider taking are:
Adding a cup of vinegar to the rinse
Adding half cup of salt to the wash
Use colour-catcher sheets to trap extraneous dyes during the wash
Wash different coloured fabrics separately
Avoid soaking overnight
We apologise that we are unable to be held responsible for any colour runs which may occur during the wash process. However, we welcome your feedback if you should face any issues despite using any of the prevention techniques listed above.
